Everyone cooks with Luigi in the kitchen!
Seattle’s top Italian Chef, Luigi DeNunzio, is teaching public classes on traditional, authentic Italian cooking in September. This class is the second class in a series of three.
Luigi:” I keep getting phone calls from people asking for another more in depth class.”
Well here is your chance! Chef Luigi has decided to create a second class. This class consists of a five course meal that goes into the foundations of Italian cuisine. Luigi:” You can’t have creativity with out foundation.” So bring your apron and passion for Italian cooking.
Class sizes are limited to 10 students so that Luigi can spend time with each individual student. Aspiring chefs are encouraged to sign up!
Classes are $120.00 per person. Wine, gratuity and tax is NOT included. Class includes meal prep, food and time with Luigi. Utensils are provided.
Luigi has some secrets that he can’t wait to share, so come down and take lessons from one of the four cornerstone Italian chefs in Seattle.
Each class may have a different menu but below is an example of a four course meal that would be made during class.
APPETIZER: French beans with shallots, porcini mushrooms and mascarpone cheese.
PASTA: Orecchiette with radicchio, sausages, champagne, cream and curry.
MAIN COURSE: Pork loin roast with sauce of arugula and capers.
DESSERT: Strawberries in chocolate sauce topped with espresso-scented whipped cream.

Ready to create a great lunch? $60 per person for preparing 3-4 courses over 90 minutes. This is great for individuals, as well as team building events. The Lunch Cooking Class is offered Monday thru Saturday.
